3@55% (of 1RM snatch)

then 

1 snatch @ 85% every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.

Conditioning:

Working in teams of two with one partner working at a time, 20 minutes, as many repetitions as possible of:

  • 5 toes through rings
  • 10 push-ups
  • 25 double unders

The second partner rows 250 meters. After reaching 250m the partners switch. Score is total meters plus total repetitions.
