- Relay: Bear Crawl 25m & Sprint Back
- 5 Synchro Hi-Five Burpees
- Relay: Lunge 25m & Sprint Back
- Partner sit-ups (Arms Interlaced)
- Relay: Burpee Broad Jump 25m & Sprint Back
