Strength Notes

Today’s strength is a clean. You will start at a light weight and make small jumps each round, building as heavy as technique allows. Every rep will be performed with a full squat. If you are not comfortable taking the reps from the ground, you may perform your reps from position 1 or 2 in order to ensure proper positions.

Conditioning

5 Rounds for time:

  • 8 Dumbbell Squat Cleans (35/50)
  • 10 Burpees over the Dumbbells
  • 12 Toes to Bar

Conditioning Notes

Today’s workout is a task priority consisting of 3 exercises. Choose a weight on the dumbbell squat cleans that feels challenging, but allows you to complete all 8 reps unbroken. The burpees should take about 1:00 or less each round. Adjust the number of reps as needed. The toes to bar should be completed in one or two quick sets. Adjust the number of reps or perform knee raises in order to accomplish this. There is a 14:00 time cap on this workout.
