Conditioning
In teams of 4, complete for time:
Partners 1/2, one person working at a time:
- 100 Wall Balls
Partners 3/4, one person working at a time:
- 100m Plate Overhead Walking Lunge
Once the 100 wall balls and the 100m walking lunge are complete, switch stations and complete another 100 wall balls and 100m walking lunge.
Then, all team members:
- Run 800m
Partners 1/2, one person working at a time:
- 30 Dumbbell Man Makers
Partners 3/4, one person working at a time:
- 100 Kettlebell Swings
Once the 30 man makers and 100 kettlebell swings are complete, switch stations and complete another 30 man makers and 100 kettlebell swings.
