5 Wall Ball (20 pounds/14 pounds)
6 Shoulder to Overhead (135 pounds/95 pounds)
7 Front Squats (135 pounds/95 pounds)
8 Kettlebell Swings (53 pounds/35 pounds)
9 Toes-to-Bar
10 Weighted Lunges (53 pounds/35 pounds)
11 C2B Pull Ups
12 Squat Snatches (135 pounds/95 pounds)

Workout is completed just like the song, “12 Days of Christmas”: 1; 2-1; 3-2-1; etc…Continue until round 12 when you will do all 12 movements. Happy holidays!
