  • 6 Push Ups
  • 8 Air Squats

Notes

Today’s workout is 5 rounds of 3:00 of work with 1:00 of rest. Your score is how many rounds and reps you complete each time. Try and stay consistent.

The dumbbell snatch should be a moderate or slightly heavy weight because it is only 4 reps at a time.

The push ups should be completed unbroken each set. Elevate your hands as needed.

The air squats should be done at a smooth pace. Use this station as your chance to recover and prepare for the next set of snatches.
