Notes

Today’s workout is a chipper. The work must be performed in the order it is written. There is a 35:00 time cap on this workout.

The burpees should take 5 minutes or less to complete. Try moving at or sligthly slower than your “100 burpees for time” pace. Adjust the number of reps if they cannot be completed in that time domain.

The run should take no longer than 10 minutes each time. Adjust the distance accordingly.

The dumbbell should be light. You should be able to complete the 75 reps in sets of at least 15 unbroken reps.

The walking lunge is done with no weight. Ensure your knee touches the ground softly each time. If you are unsure how far 100m, you can just take 100 steps.
