In teams of 3, complete as many rounds as possible in 30:00:
- Station 1
- 12 Axle bar deadlifts (135/95)
- 9 Axle bar hang power cleans (135/95)
- 6 Axle bar shoulder to overhead (135/95)
- Station 2
- 120 Farmer’s carry
- Station 3
- Rest
Rotate only once all athlete’s have finished the prescribed work.
