Conditioning

In teams of 4, complete as many rounds as possible in 30:00:

  • Station 1: 200m Seabag run (60/45)
  • Station 2: AMRAP wall balls (20/14)
  • Station 3: AMRAP burpee box jumps overs (24/20)
  • Station 4: Rest

Station 1 is the pace setter. Rotate once he/she gets back from the run.
