Conditioning
In teams of 3, complete for time:
- 100 Dumbbell Power Cleans (50/35)
- 100 Burpee Pull Ups
- 100 Dumbbell Push Press (50/35)
*One teammate must be running 200m at all times while the other two are chipping away at the 100s. Once the runner is back, another teammate goes out for the run and the two inside continue chipping away at the 100s.*
