Teams of 4, two people working at a time:

  • 200 Kettlebell Clean & Jerk (53/35)
  • 200 KB Snatch
  • 800m Team Run with KBs
  • 100 KB Snatch
  • 400m Team Run with KBs

Each group has 2 kettlebells. Once the workout starts, the kettlebells cannot touch the ground until the workout is over. During the clean and jerks and snatches, the two partners not holding the kettlebellĀ must be in a plank for the reps to count.
