Working in teams of four relay style (each movement), complete as many rounds as possible  in 25 minutes of:

  • 250m Row
  • 10 Hand Release Push-Ups
  • 10 AbMat Sit-ups
  • 10 Front Squats (135/95)

*Every minute on the minute each team must complete 15 burpees
