Working in teams of four complete as
many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:

  • Front Squats (135/95)

Two Bars – One person one working at a time

Five minutes to transition, then:

  • Line Sprint Relay (10/20/30m)
  • Team 400m Run
  • 300m Row Relay
  • 30 Wallball Relay (20)(14)
  • 300m Row Relay
  • Team 400m Run
  • Line Sprint Relay

Relays are one person working at a time, 400’s are together.
