Conditioning:

3 minutes, as many rounds as possible:

  • 5 Chest-to-Bar Pull Ups
  • 5 Ring Dips

6 minutes, as many rounds as possible:

  • 30 Double Unders
  • 12 Burpees

3 minutes, as many rounds as possible:

  • 5 Chest-to-Bar Pull Ups
  • 5 Ring Dips
