Conditioning

In teams of 2, partners alternate whole rounds to complete 5 sets each (10 total) of:

  • 5 Overhead Squats*
  • 10 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
  • 20 Double Unders

*Choose a weight that will challenge you but that you can complete all 5 reps unbroken.
