Strength:
15 minutes to make up strength work or 3x80m Sled Drag
Conditioning:
In teams of two, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
- 200m Seabag 50/50
- 8 Ring Rows
- 16 Walking Lunges
Every time the sandbag touches the ground during the workout the team must complete a six burpees-over-the-bag penalty. During run, partner one carriers sandbag first 100m, partner two carries sandbag second 100m. Both partners must complete ring rows and walking lunges each round with only one partner working at a time.
