Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes : 3-Position Clean (mid/high hang, hang, floor), as heavy as possible with good form.

Conditioning:

8 minutes, as many rounds as possible of:

  • 3 Man Makers (35/25)
  • 6 Dumbbell Lunges
  • 12 Toes to Bar
