P1 and 2, Accumulating max cals and Situps

P3 and 4 complete: 80m sled push/ pull alternating each round

Score is SugarWod = Total Amount of Situps and Calories accumulated across the 4 rounds.

Teams of 4 will split into pairs. Pair 1 will start on the machine and situps. Pair 2 will head outside and perform 80m Sled Push. Sled push partners can split sled however to accumulate 80m. Once 80m has been completed, swap with partners inside. Partners inside will then hit an 80m Sled pull with the drag sled. The workout will be completed once each pair has completed 2 rounds, using both the pull sled and push sled.

Use a Sled push and pull weight that is a steady yet longer march. You shouldn’t be sprinting, but you also should be able to eat up a large chunk of ground.
