Notes
Today’s workout is a mix of a relay and partner-style workout. Start with Partner A completing the listed work while Partner B rests. The idea is that 1 round takes around 1:30-2:00. Then Partner 2 completes the work while Partner 1 rests.
Then partners work together to complete part 3. Splitting the calories, one partner will complete the HSW/crawl while another carries, split the BMU, and then reverse the order on the carries and walks/crawls. Once completed, go back to performing a relay style. Continue for 25 mins.
Chest to bars can be scaled to pullups, toe assisted chest to bar, or 15-20 ring rows. The bar muscle ups can go to burpee chest to bar or burpee pullups.
