Working in a team of 3, complete:

  • 800m Run together
  • 150 Calories
  • 150 Toes to Bar
  • 800m Run together
  • 75 Sandbag Cleans
  • 800m Run together

You may work on the calories and the toes to bar simultaneously. Rotate as needed.

One person will work at a time on the sandbag cleans.
