In teams of 3, complete as many rounds as possible in 30:00:

  • Station 1
    • 12 Axle bar deadlifts (135/95)
    • 9 Axle bar hang power cleans (135/95)
    • 6 Axle bar shoulder to overhead (135/95)
  • Station 2
    • 120 Farmer’s carry
  • Station 3
    • Rest

Rotate only once all athlete’s have finished the prescribed work.
