- Pause Clean Pull + Hang Power Clean + Front Squat
*For the pause clean pull, you will lift the bar to position 2 where you will pause for 2 seconds. Then perform a clean pull from that pause.*
Conditioning

- 60m Sled Drag
- Run around to the front of the building
- 20/15 Calorie Bike or Row
