- 15 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53)

10 minutes, as many rounds as possible of:
- 10 AbMat Sit Ups
- 10 Air Squats
- 20 Double Unders
Partner 1 does an entire round of the AMRAP, then partner 2, so on and so forth for 10 minutes.

- 3-5 Assisted Chin Ups @ 3010

- 3-5 Single Arm Dumbbell Press @ 3010

- 6-8 Bent Over Dumbbell Row @ 3011
- Rest 45s
- 30-45s Angled Wall Hold or Handstand Hold
