Conditioning

With a partner, alternate full rounds and complete 5 rounds each:

  • 50 Double Unders
  • 10 Double Dumbbell Clean and Jerks
  • 15 Burpees over the Dumbbells

3:00 time cap per person per round (30:00 time cap overall)

Notes

Today’s conditioning is done with a partner. You will alternate every round and complete 5 each. Your score is the time to complete all rounds or the number of rounds and reps completed under the 30-minute cap.

No person should work for more than 3-minutes on any round. If you find yourself hitting the 3-minute mark, you’ll need to adjust the number of reps or lighten the dumbbells.

The double unders should take no longer than :40 to complete. Adjust the number of reps or substitute single unders.

Double dumbbell clean and jerks is a difficult movement. Choose a weight that allows you to complete the 10 reps in 1-2 sets each round.

The burpees should not take longer than 1:30 to complete. Adjust the number of reps as needed.
