Conditioning

Notes
Today’s conditioning is 3 sets of 5-minutes of work with 5-minutes of rest between efforts. You will begin by performing 100 double unders and 20 step overs. Then with the time remaining, you will accumulate as many calories as possible. Your score is the lowest number of calories out of the 3 rounds.
The double unders should take no longer than 1:30 to complete. This affords you time to break the 100 reps up into 2-3 sets. Adjust the number of reps or substitute single unders.
The step overs should be a moderate weight and should be completed in no more than 2 sets. Try to use two dumbbells in a farmer’s carry. If you need to adjust, think about lowering the weight before lowering the box height too much.
The calories should be performed at a hard, but repeatable pace. You get a full 5-minutes of rest between rounds, but if you sprint 100%, you still will not recover enough to repeat your effort.
