Conditioning
In a team of 3 complete:
- 250 Calories
and
- 30 Rounds of Strict “Cindy”
- 5 Strict Pull Ups
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Air Squats
One person is always on the machine accumulating calories. The other two are working through 30 rounds of Cindy, opwaat. Switch as needed.
30 minute time cap.
