Conditioning

  • 10 Double Kettlebell Front Rack Walking Lunge Steps (53/35)
  • 10 Dumbbell Clean and Jerks (35/25)
  • 10 Dumbbell Bent Over Rows (35/25)
  • 10 Box Jumps with step down (24/20)

You will rest the same amount of time it took to complete the four movements and then repeat for the duration of the 15:00.

This may be completed solo or in teams of 2 or 3.
