2) Seven sets of complex:
Rest as needed between sets. Bar cannot return to the ground until the round is completed. The goal is to increase weight each round a la “the Bear Complex”.

Work up to a max in the complex high hang snatch, hang snatch, overhead squat. Keep things crisp and focus on speed under the bar- no failures.
Conditioning
Working in teams of two, alternating rounds with one partner working at a time, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
