We’re going back to the vault again this week and bringing out another classic…

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats

And don’t worry, we’ll be scaling this into several time domains so that everyone can participate without fear of losing the ability to walk for the rest of the weekend.

Thursday 2012.10.4

Strength: Back Squat 3×5 (+5#), Deadlift 1×5 (+5-10#)

Conditioning:

1a) 3×10 Ring Rows, rest 30 seconds
1b) 3×10 K2E/T2B, rest 30 seconds
1c) 3×10 Good Mornings, rest 30 seconds

Rest 1 minute, then 4 Rounds for total calories of:

  • 30 seconds Airdyne sprint
  • Rest 30 Seconds

Tuesday 2012.10.02

Strength: Press, 3×5 (+1-5#)

Conditioning: 

8 minutes, as high as possible:

Ascending ladder of KB swings (heavy) and DB thrusters

Note: You do 1 KB swing/1 DB thruster, 2 KB swings/2 DB thrusters, etc. until 8 minutes is over. This is continuous, not “on the minute.” Aim to hit round 10/10 or higher!
