Skills & Drills: Ring Dips
Work: In teams of two, accumulate as many kettlebell swings as possible in 12 minutes.
- Only one person may swing the kettlebell at a time
- In order to relieve the person swinging, the “resting” partner must do a 100 meter farmers walk
- Every minute on the minute, both partners perform three push ups
