Conditioning:
Baby Bear Complex: Working in pairs (alternating), complete 5 rounds of:
5 times through without taking hands off barbell:
- 1 Clean
- 1 Front Squat
- 1 Push Press
- 1 Back Squat
- 1 Push Press
Add weight as you can between rounds. Work up to the heaviest set you can while maintaining good form.
