Working in teams of four:
- 20 minutes to establish a 3RM Front Squat (one bar per team)
Then, 20 minutes, as many rounds as possible of:
- 16 Wall Ball Relay*
- 16 Unison Burpees
- 8 Rope Climbs
- 16 Curtis P’s*
- 32 Team Sit-Ups
