Conditioning
Working in teams of four complete as
many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:
- Front Squats (135/95)
Two Bars – One person one working at a time
Five minutes to transition, then:
- Line Sprint Relay (10/20/30m)
- Team 400m Run
- 300m Row Relay
- 30 Wallball Relay (20)(14)
- 300m Row Relay
- Team 400m Run
- Line Sprint Relay
Relays are one person working at a time, 400’s are together.
