1) 15 minutes to work up to a heavy hang clean & jerk for the day.

2) Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes:  1 hang clean + 2 front squats + 1 jerk @ 85% of best clean & jerk from 1 (clean can count for first front squat if below parallel)
