And we believe general physical preparedness, that is, having a broad array of physical competencies, is the best prescription for everyday life. CrossFit will constantly challenge you in all physical domains: aerobic capacity, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. This broad, inclusive approach to fitness is a great way to be ready for any and everything life throws at you.

Memberships include:
- CrossFit Classes
- Weightlifting Classes
- Mobility & Skills Sessions
- Open Gym
Monthly memberships begin with a one time 4-Month commitment (billed monthly, first month prorated) for new members; after the fourth month memberships continue on a month-to-month basis with no further commitment, ever. Monthly memberships include vacation/illness freezes for periods of 30 days or more.
Discounts:
10% for additional Family Members, Full-Time Students, 1st Responders (Police, Fire, EMS), K-12 Teachers, and Active Duty military
Discounts are for recurring memberships only and do not apply to drop-ins or Foundations Courses.
