SOLIDARITY FOUNDATIONS
Start CrossFit the Right Way
The Solidarity Foundations program is for individuals new to CrossFit or those who want individualized attention before beginning group classes . The course is a series of small group or private sessions with a Solidarity Coach. In these sessions we evaluate your current movement patterns and tailor our instruction to get your fitness journey started as safely and effectively as possible. You will learn how our group classes and programming are structured and how to get the most out of the program, learn and practice our most broadly applicable movements, and do a short workout.
Small Group Foundations
- 4x 1-hour Small Group sessions
- 1 Month Unlimited Solidarity Membership after completion of Small Group Sessions
- 20 minute skill session on topic of your choosing with your Foundation coach during your Foundations Unlimited Month membership
Private Foundations
- 3x 1-hour one-on-one sessions
- 1 Month Unlimited Solidarity Membership after completion of one-on-one sessions
- 20 minute skill session on topic of your choosing with your Foundation coach during your Foundations Unlimited Month membership
*Sign up with a friend for Private Foundations for Two, share the 3 private sessions, and get all the same perks for $225 each.
