Working in teams of four:

  • 20 minutes to establish a 3RM Front Squat (one bar per team)

Then, 20 minutes, as many rounds as possible of:

  • 16 Wall Ball Relay*
  • 16 Unison Burpees
  • 8 Rope Climbs
  • 16 Curtis P’s*
  • 32 Team Sit-Ups
