Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats

And don’t worry, we’ll be scaling this into several time domains so that everyone can participate without fear of losing the ability to walk for the rest of the weekend.
