One person is accumulating calories on a machine at all times. Switch as needed on the machine. One person is working at a time on the 3 rounds.

1B) Monster Walk
Conditioning
With a partner, alternating full rounds, complete 4 rounds each:
Strength
1A) Close Grip Bench Press with a pause on the chest
1B) Horizontal Ring Rows
Conditioning
Complete as many reps as possible in 10:00:
Continue adding 5 reps to the push press every round.
