Strength 

Work up to a heavy hang snatch for the day.

Conditioning

75 Burpees Over-the-Box, 12 minute time cap.

Every minute on the minute, including the first, complete four kettlebell snatches (53/35). You can use one arm for all four, but try to even out the sides throughout the workout.

Burpee over-the-box mayhem!
