1) Jerk Drive, 3-3-3-3-3 (not a 3RM, keep things crisp)
2) Jerk, heavy single

Conditioning

Run 1 mile, then

  • 60 Supine Ring Rows
  • 60 Hand Release Push Ups
  • 60 Sit Ups
then, run 1 mile.

Ring rows, push ups, and sit ups may be completed “Murph-style”.

Every minute on the minute for eight minutes:

  • Odd:  4 Deadlifts @ 75-85%
  • Even: 20-30 Second ‘Toes & Nose” handstand hold

10 overhead squats (95/65)
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups…

Only move to the next piece if you finish the current within the three minute time limit. Add two repetitions each round. Keep going until you fail to finish in the allotted time. Score is total repetitions completed.
