What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to improve general physical preparedness. The focus is on creating well-rounded athletes through constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity.

Constantly varied: Our “specialty is not specializing.” Instead of focusing on one aspect of fitness while neglecting others, you will see improved performance across a variety of activities.

Functional movements: We do exercises that help you perform better at everyday life activities, such as playing with your children, going on a hike, or carrying your groceries up a flight of stairs.

High intensity: Quite simply, you work hard, and hard work gets results.

What does this mean? Life is unpredictable, be ready for anything.
