Solidarity Kids is our awesome fitness program for children and pre-teens. Running 16 sessions over 8 weeks, children will gain exposure to basic, functional movements in a safe and encouraging environment and, most importantly, have fun! We staff this class with two coaches to maintain an excellent coach:athlete ratio.
This is a great opportunity to introduce your child to basic weight training, a must for future development in almost any sport. Whether you want to simply get your child moving and off a screen, or are looking for an off-season program to keep them conditioned for their primary sport, Solidarity Kids is a great choice!
