Schedule an Intro

If you are sure you want to get started with CrossFit you can sign up for one of our next Prep Course sessions. If you would like to learn more about what we do in person we would love to have come to one of our complimentary introductory classes. Intro Classes are small group sessions and meet most Saturdays at 11am. Reserve your spot below. If none of the times below work for you, please e-mail or call us at (434) 218-2111 to schedule a time that works for you.

At this class, you will meet with a coach and discuss what CrossFit is and how we apply the methods at Solidarity. We will talk about your goals and how we might be able to help you achieve them. Last, we will introduce you to some foundational movements and you will do a workout that will serve as your first benchmark to track progress. Please come ready to workout and bring a water bottle. The session runs approximately one hour.


Sign Up for a Prep Course

Our CrossFit Prep Course is designed for those who wish to join our CrossFit classes. This four-week introductory program includes our two week CrossFit Prep Course AND two weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes. 

The first two weeks is an intensive six session course meeting three times a week for 75 minutes per session. We teach all of our core movements and how to progress towards master and scale where appropriate. Each session consists of a warm-up, new skill instruction and practice, relevant mobility work, and a short workout applying what was learned. We cap each course at just six persons to ensure plenty of individual attention.

The Prep Courses often sells out. We keep our new member pipe-line small on purpose; with just six new athletes joining our classes per month we can keep the quality of movement in classes high without over-extending our coaches with large influxes of new members (you’ll appreciate this when you are an experienced member!).

No experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn, work hard, and have fun!

WHAT:     Six Small-Group Sessions

WHEN:     Three evenings a week,  6:45PM – 8:00PM

COST:      $139 (includes our 2 week Prep Course with unlimited CrossFit classes for the remainder of the month)

Missed sessions can be made up at your convenience for $30 per missed class–missed sessions must be completed before beginning a CrossFit membership.

If these times do not work with your schedule we also offer a four-session private course customized for your schedule for $209. Invite a friend to sign up for the private prep-course with you (up to two persons) for $159 per person. Please contact us to schedule a private course. The Private Prep course also includes two weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes after the Prep Classes are concluded.
