  • 11 Squat cleans (145/98)

U.S. Air Force Major David “Klepto” L. Brodeur, 34, of Auburn, Massachusetts, assigned to the 11th Air Force, based at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, was killed in the line of duty on April 27, 2011 in Kabul, Afghanistan.

1d) 4×30 second Weighted Plank (weight on glutes/low back – find a weight that is very challenging for 30 seconds)

….until 12 minutes is over.
